Andre’ Kennebrew is a highly sought after public speaker. He is passionate about leadership, development, generational transformation, and career growth.
He’s known for his speaking and championing the growth of small businesses, nonprofits, professionals, colleges, and universities through topics like servant leadership, developing meaningful relationships, and personal development.
Andre’ has taught leadership development around the world from Belarus to Kenya and local churches across the United States. He is also known for his role at Chick-fil-A where he had a unique ability to recruit and select top talent for 13+ years within the company, conducting more than 8,000+ interviews in his career.
Prior to joining Chick-fil-A in 2006, Andre’ served as the Administrative Pastor at Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Tucker, GA. His career also includes 15 years as Vice President in the retail banking division at First Union National Bank (now Wells Fargo) and retail management leadership development at Kroger.
Andre’ is a 1982 graduate of Davidson College where he was a three-year starter and letterman on the football team. In 2004 Andre’ earned a Master in Ministry degree from Luther Rice Seminary in the Atlanta area.
Recently, Andre’ was named Chairman of the Trustee Board at Point University. He also serves on the board for Walk Thru the Bible, Impact 360, and serves as a board advisor to several nonprofit organizations. Andre’s current role is as Director of Relationships at LifeShape where he carries out his passion for people and transformational change.
His passions include developing talent, leadership development, and spending time with his family. Andre’ is affectionately known as “Coach Kennebrew.”
Andre’ grew up in Columbus, GA, and now resides in Atlanta with his wife of 31 years, Donna. They have two adult children, Holden and Kristen.
